Are your children in need of some time to express themselves and use their creativity and imagination?

If so, why not book them in for our FULL DAY 6.5 hour programme to get a thoroughly relaxing and self-expressive yoga and creative arts experience?
Children attending our Yoga and Creative Arts 6.5 hour workshop will be making ALL FOUR ‘take home’ art and craft projects including, as well as, playing yoga games, dancing, resting and relaxing.
Children in our classes are encouraged to:
- use their imagination
- explore various art mediums
- develop their artistic skills
- make decisions about their own unique artwork
- experiment with colour and shape concepts
- use all tools and equipment safely and responsibly, and
- reflect on the artistic process.
The workshop experience includes:
- yoga, meditation and mindfulness activities
- detailed step-by-step art activity tuition and instruction
- all art and craft materials, supplies and equipment, and
- the delight of producing all four colourful take home art project to keep.
