Our ‘Finding your Zen’ Teen Yoga and Mindfulness courses guide and nurture teenagers by introducing them to practical tools and techniques that can bring awareness, calm and clarity to their lives.
These classes incorporate meditation, mindfulness, breathing and concentration techniques, yoga movement, empowering affirmations, creative connection-to-self and group activities and journal writing. This can be beneficial during these uncertain, challenging and possibly turbulent and confusing teenage years.
Our lessons also promote acceptance and respect for oneself and others, tolerance, resilience, positive social interactions and the strength in believing in yourself and your own abilities and dreams.
